Default Low Carb Joint Pain

om...
I've lost almost 20 pounds over the last 3 months by going
nearly zero carb on workdays (M-F) and eating more balanced
meals on weekends. I lift weights & run on a regular basis
and I've noticed that after 2 or 3 days of nearly no carbs,
my knees and shoulders hurt after workouts. This continues
through Friday, but immediately clears up on Saturday when
I eat bread for breakfast.

Any body else notice joint pain from going low carb?
What did you do to help the situation?

Yes, my knees have been giving me trouble as soon as I started LC. I first
attributed it to lack of Potassium and began taking supplements. Knees
improved.

Then I started weight training, i.e, squats, lunges, plie squats, etc. . . .
and the knee pain returned. I then started taking glucosamine and MSM
(methylsulfonlymethane), knees improved again.

Now whenever I forget to take my supplements my knees ache again for a day
or two. As they are now, hopefully they will clear up.
