Default Fibre Pills

Hi there,
I'd like some feedback on some fibre pills I bought this week.
They're called Ultra Fiber and under ingredients it says: "Each Ultra-Fiber
caplet contains 700mg. fiber from cellulose (from natural plant sources),
oat fiber, apple fiber, psyllium powder, prune powder, plus other natural
ingredients. "

I was also looking at Metamucil and it just seemed to have to much crap in
it, even though it said sugar free. It was also orange flavoured. I kept
looking at the label and couldn't find anything saying it was sweetened with
aspartame or anything. (I wouldn't want that).

Out of the two, I'm assuming the Ultra Fiber pills are better, yet I'm
nervous about the fruit fibre it has in there, (don't ask me how, but I
didn't notice that till I got home. I thought I was looking at it pretty
closely too!).
My sister feels that since it's just the fibre of the fruit that these pills
should be ok for me.
What do you think?
I'm just finished my first week of OWL.
Thanks for any feedback.
Monica.
