Cauliflower Pizza Crust
I don't know as I haven't tried them. We are not pizza eaters in this house

Easy LC Ice cream in any flavor
I have for a long time turned it into coffee ice cream, my favorite flavor,
just by stirring in a bit of instant coffee in the bowl I'm going to eat it
in.

I guess it's comfort food for me. Might try the coffee though. I'm sort of
a half-assed LCer. I eat pretty low carb but probably too much food. So I
am not 290 like I was when I started but...

remember if you have a gas stove in case of power outage. TVP is good in

Good cholesterol
I'd keep the animal fats and avoid most of the vegetable fats. Animal and
especially fish oils have more Omega 3s which you want, vegetable oils have
more Omega 6s which you don't want as much of....
