found all of them had maltodextrin and some even had plain glucose as

bananas are supposed to be pretty bad as far as effecting blood sugar.
usually a half banana is the recommended serving if you are watching carbs
or avoiding sugar. i would suggest...

And also -- which my hair guy told me a year or so ago -- the grey
hair that comes in is not as strong and more likely to break. He said
I had a lot more hair, but it was grey and all broken...
