Advice: a great snack

Hi,

I have an advice: I've just tried the Simply Bar and Simply Protein Chips. It's a great weight loss snack and no artificial sugars too! Each bar is 16g of protein and under 160 calories! And the chips are 15g of protein and 150 calories. Low carb, low fat, high protein snack bars ensured that I had enough energy to keep going, while curbing my appetite until your next meal.

16g of protean is 64 calories. The rest of the bar is 96 calories of
something else. If it's carbs, that 24g, if fat, that's 11g. Would either
be considered low carb or low fat? I don't think so.

The peanut bar on their website has 4g of fat, 16g of
protein, 16g of carb of which 4 are fiber. So, net 12g of
carb. But the bar is only 40g total, which isn't much.
A 40g serving of apple would have only 5g of net carb.
