Absolutely. I only did it once, but I did two entire bone-in in leg
quarters on the small grill. It cooks them in about 30 - 35 minutes,
they were even a little frozen. I still think they come out better if
you bake them, but if you are pressed for time, the GF Grill is fine.
Just turn them and move them around every once in a while. I like them
well done myself so I cooked them until I stopped hearing all the
sizzling in the grill. Actually they're probably ready just before
that if you want them cooked but a little juicy. A little trial and
error and you'll be right on point. Like I said, I still think baking
is better in the case of chicken.
