Yeah, kind of silly. If you are overweight it isn't McDonalds fault or
anyone else's other than your own. Anyone can be thin IMHO. It is hard work for some for certain. How many of us tried all the 'conventional' diets and got nowhere but fatter in the long term? Low carb is the only weight loss plan that works for many of us, and if we believed all the anti-Atkins "your kidneys will fall out" rubbish that's constantly shoved in our faces we wouldn't even have this option. I agree that blaming McDonalds or any other fast food outlet is completely wrong though - that's just people being greedy for money, IMHO. cheers Rachel (New Zealand) |
