WI January 25 +1.1 lb. :-(

Hi all,

I gained 1.1 lb. this week. I think the main reason for the gain was
the party we had in church last Saturday to honour all volunteers. I
ate quite a bit of yummy food (no LF or FF food in sight) and drank 4
glasses of wine. Enjoyed the evening very much, but it's killing for
people who try to lose weight ;-)

I'll try to stick to OP better this week.

Sorry to hear of the gain. Some of it may have been caused by salty food at
that party. Drink lots of water this week to help flush it all out.

You know what went wrong, and 1.1 is easily lost again. Good luck for next
week, you 'll probably surprise us with a super loss!

You're probably right.

Drink lots of water this week to help flush it
all out.

I have problems at church functions too. Seems like everything is always SO
good you don't want to miss anything. And of course it's all made with REAL
ingredients, FROM SCRATCH, so you have to try everything.

I think you did alright though, Ekko. Lookit you in the 2-teens already! -30
is fantastic! And you haven't been at it that long either!

Oops, fallacy ;-) We really *don't* have to try everything :-) It's a
sabotage session - we have to learn to be polite but firm to others and say
"no thanks" when it's offered and to be firm with ourselves too.

Cheers, helen s
