Can you cook BONE-IN chicken thighs in a George Foreman grill?

Can you cook BONE-IN chicken thighs in a George Foreman grill? If so, any tips? Absolutely. I only did it once, but I did two entire bone-in in leg quarters on the small grill. It cooks them in about 30 - 35 minutes, they were even a little frozen. I still think they come out better if you bake them, but if you are pressed for time, the GF Grill is fine. Just turn them and move them around every once in a while. I like them well done myself so I cooked them until I stopped hearing all the sizzling in the grill. Actually they're probably ready just before that if you want them cooked but a little juicy. A little trial and error and you'll be right on point. Like I said, I still think baking is better in the case of chicken. |
