John you look awesome you must feel so good about yourself. Im on my second
week of induction almost finishing the second i should say. Lost 12 so far.
Wish it were more. A bit bored with the meat and missing some sweets. i just
dont know when or if i can incorporate anything back in to my diet. I want to
get down to 145. Im at 192. Any ideas are appreciated. Again you look
awesome!!! Great job!!!!

The induction is the toughest. Sweets... try this one..
1/2 container of ricotta and whisk in a package of sugar free jello and a
couple tablespoons of cream.
My favs are: Strawberry, tropical fruit and cranberry.
Also, ricotta and some grated lemon zest, orange zest (not too much of
either!) splenda to taste and a few drops of almond extract.....low-carb
cannolli!!!!
This dessert is not totally without guilt, but it is fairly low-carb and can
be enjoyed occasionaly.

Yup makes a BIG BIG difference....

I recently went mexico and gained 8 pounds in 10 days. I guess is mostly
water but anyways I almost back to my normal weight... I used to weight 280
pounds now I am down to 178 to 180, I used to weight 172 pounds but I've
building muscle. So that was total almost 110 pounds I will provide some
pictures, maybe you can give me some tips!
