I run a small business in Shropshire making top quality, traditionally cured
hams. I have started supplying several friends who are on the Atkins Diet,
or similar, with a regular supply of ham.
The product lasts for weeks, you can hack away at the ham as often as you
want, and its got no nasties in it (It's as additive free as ham gets). We
even have a Royal Warrant for supplying it to The Queen. We can deliver
overnight to any UK address, and it is SO much cheaper and SO much better
quality than buying it sliced from a supermarket!
