Are there any vitamins or supplements I should be taking along with my new
low carb lifestyle? Would a normal multivitamin be enough?

Multi-vitamins with minerals may be better than straight multivitamins. Take
a look at the list of contents of generic multi-vit w/minerals and compare
it with a tub of Centrum. I find the Centrum normally has more things in it
which gives me a higher level of reassurance so I buy them even though they
are expensive.
There's a 3 for 2 offer in boots at the moment, just in case you aren't
aware :-)

Look for the "silver" or "senior" versions if you have them available.
The difference is they don't have iron. On low carb, one doesn't
generally need any added iron, and 1 in 200 people, especially of northern
European descent, have a tendency to store too much iron, building to
dangerous levels in later life. Excess iron is also constipating,
and recent theories suggest it might be involved in cancer and heart
disease.
