Hello I was hoping I could join your group. I joined WW last week but
was actually doing the diet for a week prior to that. I was pleasantly
surprised by how easy it is. I think I was just ready to do it and I am
determined to lose this weight. My starting weight (I'm counting it from
the day I joined WW which was last week) was 180 lbs, my current weight
is 176 lbs, my goal weight is 130 lbs. I look forward to meeting you all
and learning some tips from everyone and perhaps every now and then some
words of encouragement if I need it :o)

Usually after you take a dump in the AM is the best time to check your
weight. Good luck
