I just spent some time with a nutritionist that gave me a good site for what
fish is safest to eat and which ones aren't safe. I am just passing it along
to you. The site is very informative and helpful.

I would have thought that someone would have read this and commented on this
site. I have been worried about the kind of fish and contaminates that are
in fish these days.

If others were like me they saved the link for reference. I already knew
what the facts were on the fish I eat regularly.
I agree we should all be concerned about contaminates in our food. Too
often the data released to us about the benefits or risks associated with a
food change from day-to-day depending on the source of the information.
Coffee (caffeine) is a prime example of this - one day it's okay, the next
day it's not. The best we can do is to be aware of the warnings and choose
wisely.

Thanks, I just thought this was a good site for information on fish etc. It
is hard to know what to believe about the warnings but I have decided to eat
only wild caught salmon and fish that are less contaminated. If anyone gets
new information, I would appreciate knowing about it.
