The usual workday. Four of my co-workers and I met a former department
member who retired a couple years ago for lunch today. My daughter and I
met my ex SIL's parents for dinner this evening. Stopped at the grocery to
purchase items needed to make a salad for the annual volunteer patrol
meeting tomorrow night.

Breakfast (work): oatmeal, protein powder and ground flax seed

Mid-morning (work): Yoplait yogurt

Lunch (Applebee's): I tried their new WW Confetti Chicken entree. It's a
grilled chicken breast with a black bean/corn salsa and steamed broccoli.

Mid-afternoon (work): mini microwave popcorn and diet Pepsi

Dinner (restaurant): 4 oz grilled salmon, salad with 1T ranch dressing, 1
cup green beans and 1/2 biscuit.

Exercise: Not a bit

Do you give this a thumbs up, thumbs down or so-so?

Definately a thumbs up. I forgot to list the mozzarella cheese that
was melted on the chicken breast.

I like most of the WW entrees served at Applebee's. It certainly helps
when trying to keep the calories down when eating at these type of
restaurants.
