Spent the day at an off-site meeting, then went to the gym. I ate too
many sweets at the meeting, though calories for the day seem to be
okay (subject to my estimation errors, of course).

Food:

* 7:00 (driving to meeting): ready-to-drink chocolate protein shake
* 8:15 (meeting food): 1/2 scone
* 11:45 (meeting food): 1/2 cup greens w/ <1 tsp oil & vinegar
dressing; 1/2 tuna sandwith and 1/2 wrap sandwich w/ cheese, lettuce,
& tomato (left some of the bread on both); 2 small dessert bars -- 1
brownie & 1 sort of cheesecake-like
* 2:00 (meeting food): 1 cookie; 1 1/2 oz. mix of peanuts & oriental
rice crackers
* 3:00 (meeting food): 1 plum, 1 strawberry, & 2 small cantaloupe
slices
* 8:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan

Totals: 1593 calories, 59g fat (33%), 172g carbs (43%), 94g protein
(24%)

Exercise:

5:00 -- Olympic lifting + cardio

* Shoulder warmups
* With 15kg/33lbs: 1 power clean, 3 front squats, 3 split jerks (more
warmup)
* Classic clean & jerk: 3x3x25/55
* Snatch pull: 3x3x25/55
* Back squat: 1x5x20/44; 3x3x32.5/71.5
* Back hyperextensions: 2x15
* Roman chair, bent knee lifts: 1x30

* Treadmill: 2.5 mile run, varying speed each .1 mile in pattern: 5 x
(6.0, 5.8, 5.6, 5.4, 5.2)
