(NYC wants restaurants to stop using transfats, like margarine.) I'd like
to see this carried out throughout the entire food industry. I personally
am shocked at how many prepared products use partially hydrogenated oils.
They are in almost every prepared food product, even things like scallops
wrapped in bacon, stuffed peppers, and other products I could not believe
had them.
