I want to go on it. Can anyone tell me what it consisted of? Was it:

apple + can of tuna (as it says in IMDB.com) OR
apple + cancers + coffee

I guess the nicotine helped him through the period. I don't smoke, so maybe
i should start chewing tobaccoo or something as it might help.
