I just bought a new suit, and the first two I tried on were too big. The
third one fit perfectly.
I've gone from my size 50 jacket being too tight seven months ago, to now
wearing a 44!
Pants size has gone from a tight 46 to a well-fitting 40 now.
My shirt size is down from 18-1/2" neck to 17" neck.
I can now buy all my clothes in a regular departments store instead of the
"big man's" shop!

my goal -- in terms of clothing sizes -- is a size 42 jacket, 36" waist
pants and 15-1/2" neck shirt. I can't believe how close I'm getting!
