First of all, last night I ended up eating a WHOLE OTHER chocolate bar and
languishing in a blissful sugar stupor.
That half a bar of harmless 12 carbs I ate earlier triggered a very sneaky
delayed craving and BINGE-O-RAMA !

Secondly, that great peanut butter I was raving about ? ... no more walmart
generic for this girl. All that hydrogenated oil constipates me. Got myself
some Laura Scudders natural kind today. When I subtract the fiber carbs it's
only 4 carbs per 2 Tablespoons.

Live and learn.

Some people do take issue with folks who whine about following the rules
