Hi there folks,
I'm taking some pills (hydroxytryptophan to be precise) that contain rice
powder as one of the fillers. The rest are non-nutritive but this one might
not be. What's your opinion? Is rice powder carb rich or protein rich?
Google isn't being its usual helpful self. :)
Thanks folks!

Common sense says rice powder is made from rice, a carb rich food.
However, I doubt the amount in a pill will do you any harm.

Never have I seen a word as accurate as politics. Poly meaning many,
and tic being a blood-sucking thing.

Even if your pill was *entirely* made of rice, it would be a gram at
most. Since it's only used the bind the ingredients together, don't
worry about it.
